Lucky 22 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky 22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Lucky 22 website at lucky22.link and all associated services including sports betting, live casino games, crash games, fishing games, esports betting and promotions.

By completing the registration process on Lucky 22, clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, or by continuing to use the platform after any updated Terms are published, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms. If you are using Lucky 22 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms — though note that account sharing is not permitted under Section 2.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and Lucky 22. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms will take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2Account Registration

To use any real-money service on Lucky 22 you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to any individual who meets the eligibility requirements set out below.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active Lucky 22 account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Lucky 22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may be suspended or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Lucky 22 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Lucky 22 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or live chat.

• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password for your Lucky 22 account that you do not use on other websites or apps.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Lucky 22 support immediately at support@lucky22.link if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Lucky 22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Lucky 22 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending affected accounts where necessary to prevent further harm.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Lucky 22 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, transactions, bet stakes and winnings are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Lucky 22 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — Instant deposit and withdrawal via mobile wallet
• JazzCash — Instant deposit and withdrawal via mobile wallet
• NayaPay — Digital wallet, instant processing
• SadaPay — Digital wallet, instant processing
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — All Pakistani commercial banks, typically same business day
• Visa / Mastercard — Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits are credited to your Lucky 22 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods and within minutes for card payments.
• Lucky 22 does not charge a fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees separately.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed automatically for standard amounts. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically complete within five minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within four business hours on working days.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the same name as the Lucky 22 account.
• Lucky 22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated through completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 22 offers various promotional bonuses to players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement on Lucky 22 bonus amounts is 10x (ten times the bonus value) unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: All real-money games on Lucky 22 contribute to wagering requirements unless specifically excluded in the promotion terms. Some games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g. 50% for certain table games).
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the first bonus being forfeited.
• No Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings resulting from completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Abuse Prevention: Lucky 22 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if we determine they were obtained through abuse, collusion or any method not consistent with genuine gameplay.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on Lucky 22 are subject to the specific rules of each game or market type, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Lucky 22 reserves the right to update odds until a bet is confirmed.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• If a match is postponed before kick-off, bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after 70 minutes of play, most markets settle based on the score at the time of abandonment.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets with a voided leg are settled on reduced odds with the voided leg removed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the player's own risk regarding any delay between the real-world event and the update shown on screen.

• All casino games on Lucky 22 use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by software and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all plays and bets during the affected period. Lucky 22 will refund stakes placed during confirmed malfunctions.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to connectivity issues, Lucky 22's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any unsettled bets.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 22. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance in the account.

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one Lucky 22 account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Fraudulent payments: Depositing using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using Lucky 22 to launder funds of any kind. Lucky 22 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms, using automated software to generate wagering activity, or colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or using Lucky 22 accounts as part of an arbitrage betting operation. Lucky 22 reserves the right to limit or close accounts engaged in arbitrage activity.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, scripts, third-party software or any automated method to interact with the Lucky 22 platform in a way not intended for genuine player use.
• Impersonation: Registering under someone else's identity or providing false identification documents during verification.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky 22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, has been involved in fraudulent activity, poses a financial risk to the platform, or for any regulatory compliance reason.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated by Lucky 22 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering bonus amounts) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Lucky 22 support at support@lucky22.link. Voluntary closures include a self-exclusion option under which the account cannot be reopened for the specified period. See Section 9 for full responsible gaming provisions.

9Responsible Gaming

Lucky 22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control. Every account on Lucky 22 includes access to the following tools, available at no charge and effective immediately or within 24 hours as described:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses per session, day or week. When a limit is reached, further betting is paused automatically until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). During a cooling-off period your account is inaccessible for all betting and gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 22 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, brand names, interface design, text and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Lucky 22 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky 22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Lucky 22 content without prior written permission from us.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or connectivity failure beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials
• Interruption of service for maintenance, upgrades or emergency technical action
• Errors in odds or game results subsequently corrected under applicable game rules

In cases where Lucky 22 is found to be directly liable for a verified technical error, our total liability is limited to the amount staked in the affected transaction(s). Lucky 22 does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data

Lucky 22 collects and processes personal data about registered players in order to operate the platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the player experience. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in full in the Lucky 22 Privacy Policy.

By registering for a Lucky 22 account you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time subject to the implications set out in that policy, including the possibility that withdrawal of consent required for platform operation will result in account closure.

Lucky 22 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities strictly as necessary to operate the platform legally and securely.

13Changes to Terms

Lucky 22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and by posting a notice on the Lucky 22 website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Lucky 22 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
